If you never heard of a Lychee, listen up, because they are amazing! Lychees are native to Southeast Asia, but can be found in Florida, California and Hawaii. It's a small fruit, and has a bumpy reddish-pink exterior. The inside is white flesh (almost jelly like) and there is a single pit. It's juicy and sweet and almost floral! Chimichurri Sauce
My dad was from Buenos Aires, Argentina. It would be nice to say that he taught me how to make this, but he didn't. Instead, I make this in his memory. Chimichurri is this outrageously delicious sauce that is generally served with grilled meats and poultry in Argentina and Uruguay.
