Quick Banana Bread
Do you ever get a sudden urge to make something? I don't often, but tonight after work, I felt like making banana bread. Random - I know - but it's so easy and makes a great grab and go breakfast. 1 cup flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 T vanilla 1 T baking soda 2 bananas, mashed pinch of salt Cream eggs, butter and sugar.
