Infused Tea with Fruit & Spice

Lately, the weather is a little all over the place. For the days when it’s hot & humid, give this a try. I had the pleasure of adapting this recipe from a previous client of mine. She was extremely creative. Thank you for the idea Chani!

Herbal/ fruit infused tea
*Choose your flavor choice of tea

Steep with:

-Raw sugar ( any sweetener )
-Honey or syrup
-Cinnamon sticks
-Fresh fruit (I used what I had on hand: strawberries, blackberries, and oranges)

-Fresh mint
Then add:

-Fresh lemon juice to taste (should balance flavor out)
-Cold water to fill up pitcher
Refrigerate until cold! –
This is very refreshing!( Adding booze can be particularly rewarding after a hard week.)
