I started my personal chef company in the summer of 2007 out of necessity. I was laid off of a job and wanted to use my skills and knowledge from The Culinary Institute and all my years cooking in the kitchens of NYC.
Since 2007, I have gotten married, had a baby girl and am expecting another girl in April 2016. While I have a day job as an office coordinator at a non-profit organization, my love and passion for food and cooking will never die. I currently keep up on The Kosher Tomato blog, on a (semi) weekly basis and hope that it can turn into something more in the future.
