How to Cut a “Brunoise” [Video]

How to cut a Brunoise

A brunoise is a fine dice that should technically be 1/8th inch squares (don’t worry, no one is actually measuring) and starts out as a Julienne cut. As with any dice, the technique is the same – you just make your cut a little tighter.

Brunoise is a cut used as a garnish or food that won’t be cooked. Please let me know if this helped you, and don’t forget to share it too!
